- Can hover slightly above the ground using the propeller on his coat.
- Is a child genius who likes to invent, but he tends to ignore his potential and just welds random things together. He really looks up to his elders and seeks praise for anything that he’s done even if it’s only a pat on the head, but when someone decides to be blunt and points out that he just smooshed two good things together to make something useless he gets really flustered and embarrassed.
- Likes to sneak up on people and scare them.
- Is 0032's younger brother. He worships 0032 and follows him everywhere, which 0032 finds annoying, but 0033 thinks is the cutest thing ever.
- Has never bought a plane ticket. He flies around the world with the little fan on his head, but never oversea. Too much turbulence.
- She is a playful teen who is an inventor of sorts, her specialty is with flying machines. Her free time is usually spent messing with people such as her "friend" 0011 who tries to avoid her at all times
